1. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and interviews
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to bypass AI evaluation mechanisms
• Not impersonate or misrepresent yourself
• Not use bots or automated tools to simulate interviews

We may suspend users who violate these terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Informing us immediately of unauthorized access

3. Video/Audio Recording Consent

By participating in an interview, you consent to:

• Recording of your audio and video
• Storage of interview recordings
• Processing by AI systems
• Sharing recordings with the interviewing employer

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content (software, models, UI, branding) is owned by SmartInterviews.AI.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer the platform
• Copy, resell, or reuse AI-generated outputs
• Use the service for competing products

Interview questions are not guaranteed to be unique or confidential.

5. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

Our AI-generated questions, summaries, evaluations, and scores are:

• Probabilistic
• May contain inaccuracies
• Intended to assist employers, not replace human judgment

Employers are responsible for final hiring decisions.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms
• You misuse audio/video recording features
• Fraud or automated interviewing is detected
• Your employer terminates their subscription

You may also request account deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

SmartInterviews.AI is not liable for:

• Hiring decisions made by employers
• Loss of data due to third-party failures
• Network issues during interviews
• Errors in AI-generated evaluations

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India unless specified otherwise in your contract.
